Net2phone Unite
Unite is a native integration between Net2phone's PBX and uContact. Unlike a traditional SIP trunk, Unite allows direct communication between both systems, facilitating management. The configuration is simple and only requires basic data.
Before you start!
Before starting the configuration, you need to have certain information that uContact will need to establish the integration with the provider. Below, we detail the required information.
Required Information
- Account Name: Account identifier for managing Unite accounts.
- Token: Authentication token for access to Unite.
- Host: Host server for communication with Unite.
You can only create a single Unite connector in the instance. Additionally, the information to configure it is provided only by the Net2phone Engineering team, so you need to contact them to get the information.

How to configure the provider in uContact?
- First, go to the Administration Menu and access the Connectors section. Then, within the screen, click the New button located in the upper right corner.
- In this modal, you need to enter a unique name for the connector, select the Telephony channel and the Unite provider.
- Then, a new Configuration section will appear. Here you need to fill in the fields with the information provided by the provider.

US97,US100,US27,BR34,BR112,Mexico, andArgentina.
How to monitor the connector's status?
You can check the connector's status in real time. To do this, go to the Connectors section in the Administration Menu, where you'll see a list of all created connectors. In the Status column, the corresponding status for each connector will be displayed.
