Net2Phone Unite
In uContact, you can integrate your Net2phone provider to use in your Telephony channels. It’s easy to set up and requires a simple configuration with the information provided by the provider.
Before You Start!
Before you begin the setup, you’ll need certain information that uContact will need to establish the integration with the provider. Below is the required information.
Required Information
- Account ID: The account identifier for managing Net2Phone-Unite accounts.
- Token: The authentication token for access to Net2Phone-Unite.
- Host: The host server for communication with Net2Phone-Unite.
How to Set Up the Provider in uContact
- Go to the Connectors tab and press the "New" button.
- In this modal, enter a name for the connector, select the Telephony channel, and the Net2Phone-Unite provider.
- Once you select the channel and provider, two new tabs will appear. In the Configuration tab, fill in the fields with the information provided by the provider.
Configuration

- Then, go to the Numbers tab and enter the numbers.
How to Monitor the Connector’s Status
You can check the connector’s status in real time. To do so, go to the Connectors tab in the Administration Menu, where you’ll see a list of all the created connectors. In the "Status" column, the corresponding status for each provider will be shown.
