Net2Phone SMS
In uContact, you can integrate your Net2phone SMS provider to use in your SMS channels. It’s easy to set up and requires a simple configuration with the information provided by the provider.
Before You Start!
Before you begin the setup, you’ll need certain information that uContact will need to establish the integration with the provider. Below is the required information.
Required Information
Phone Number: The phone number associated with the account that you’ll be using.
Account Access: You’ll need the credentials to log into the account and grant the necessary permissions.
How to Set Up the Provider in uContact
- Go to the Connectors tab and press the "New" button.
- In this modal, enter a name for the connector, select the SMS channel, and the Net2phone provider.
- Once you select the channel and provider, two new tabs will appear. In the Configuration tab, fill in the fields with the information provided by the provider.
Configuration
- Messages per second: This is the maximum number of messages that can be sent per second; by default, it is set to 1000.
- Then, go to the Numbers tab and enter the numbers.
Numbers
- Phone List: Here you need to add the numbers that the connector will use to send messages. You can add them manually or in bulk using a list of numbers.
How to Monitor the Connector’s Status
You can check the connector’s status in real time. To do so, go to the Connectors tab in the Administration Menu, where you’ll see a list of all the created connectors. In the "Status" column, the corresponding status for each provider will be shown.
