Connectors

Connectors allow you to integrate your Contact Center with different providers to make and receive calls, send and receive messages, and more. Each channel requires a provider to function, except for WebChat.

How to access?

Access this screen from the Administration menu, by clicking on Connectors.

Required permissions

Your Profile must have permissions to access the Connectors screen from the Administrator Menu and the corresponding sub-sections.

Keep in mind that the visibility and available actions within the screen will depend on the permissions assigned to your profile. Depending on these, you may only view information or also make modifications to Campaigns and their various configurations.

What is a connector?

Connectors are configurations that allow linking uContact with external communication services. A connector in uContact is a configuration that allows linking the system with communication service providers (for example, telephony, WhatsApp, email, etc.).

How to create a connector?

In uContact, you can connect your channels with different providers to establish communication with your customers through various channels.

Each provider requires a specific configuration. Below is a list of providers categorized by channel. Simply click on one to see the step-by-step process needed to configure it.
