Connectors

Connectors allow you to integrate your Contact Center with different providers to make and receive calls, send and receive messages, among other functionalities. Each channel requires a specific provider to operate, except for WebChat.

How to create a connector?

Creating a connector is straightforward, but keep in mind that the required configuration may vary depending on the provider you choose. Here's how to create one:

  1. To create a connector, navigate to the Administrator Menu and access the Connectors module.

  1. Once there, click on the "New" button located in the top right corner.

  1. You'll see a form with several tabs. As a first step, assign a name that identifies the connector, select the channel you want to configure it for, and then choose a provider.

  2. After selecting the channel and provider, on the left-hand side, you'll find two new tabs corresponding to the required configuration. However, the specific settings may vary depending on your selection.

How to monitor its status?
