Connectors

Connectors allow you to integrate your Contact Center with different providers to make and receive calls, send and receive messages, and more. Each channel requires a provider to function, except for WebChat.

How to create a connector?

Creating a connector is very simple, but keep in mind that the required configuration may vary depending on the provider you choose. Let’s show you how to create one!

  1. To create a connector, go to the Admin Menu and access the Connectors module.

  1. Once there, click on the "New" button, located in the upper right corner.

  1. A form will appear with several tabs. As a first step, you must assign a name to the connector, select the channel you want to configure, and then choose a provider.

  2. Once you select the channel and provider, two new tabs will appear on the left side corresponding to the configuration that needs to be done. However, the configuration may vary depending on your selection.

How to monitor the status?

You can view the status of created connectors to verify if the connection with the provider was successful.
