Uploading the List
Now that your list is ready, it’s time to upload it so the Hub can create the interactions. We’ll show you how to do it!
Step 1: Upload the File
First, upload a file from your computer or drag and drop it. Remember, the list can be an XLSX
, ODS
, CSV
, or TXT
file and should not exceed 50MB.
If you wish, you can also add column headers to guide you when matching the columns.
Step 2: Match
Once the list is uploaded, you must match the list’s information with the columns. If you added headers to your list, select the "Include headers" option.
To match the fields, we have two columns. On the left, we have the first row of the file, and on the right, the different fields we need to match with our list.
Let’s see an example
If the first field is a phone number, we should select "Numbers" from the options. If it’s a field we wish to ignore, we can simply select "Skip this column."
Step 3: Summary
Finally, you’ll see a summary with the selected columns and the list information associated with each. If you missed or incorrectly matched a column, you can go back and correct it.
List Statuses
The lists for Hubs can have three possible statuses.
After Uploading the List
Once you upload the list, it won’t start processing automatically. You must make a few adjustments first. Ready? Let’s go!
Activate the List
Once you upload the list, the first thing you need to do is activate it. To do this, click on the three dots of the list and select the "Activate" option.
Depending on the number of records in the list, it may take a few seconds to activate. Once the list is correctly activated, it will show a green status.
Assign a Priority
When the list is activated, you can assign a priority to begin processing. To do this, click on the "Change Priority" button located in the lower-right corner.
You’ll see the list of active lists along with their priorities. Remember, the total priority of all lists must add up to 100%.
Normalize
If you exceed 100%, you can click the "Normalize" button, and a percentage will be assigned to the lists that corresponds to the current one but does not exceed 100%.
Even Distribution
If you want all lists to have the same priority, click on "Even Distribution," and the same priority will be assigned to each list, not exceeding 100%.
The graph will visually display the distribution of the lists' priorities.

Start the Hub
Finally, if the Hub isn’t turned on, you can start it by clicking the "Start" button in the upper-right corner.
Remember to check that the Hub is within its schedule. You can verify this by the calendar color or in the Hub settings.
