Speeches
The Speeches Tool allows you to create and assign custom speeches to different campaigns in uContact X.
These speeches will be available to Agents in the Interaction Contacts View, helping them maintain a structured and consistent conversation.
Creating a New Speech
To create a new speech:
Click on the "New+" button.
Fill in the required fields:
- Name → Assign a title for the speech.
- Campaigns → Select the campaigns where the speech will be available.
- Speech Content → Write the text that will be displayed to the agent.
The speech will be added to the list on the left side of the screen.
On the right side, you will see a dropdown list where you can select campaigns for which the speech will be available.
In the content field, write the speech text as you want it to appear to the agent.
Text Options
The Speeches Tool includes a text editor with formatting options similar to Word or Google Docs, allowing you to:
Add headers.
Use bold, italic, underline, and highlights.
Create bullet lists and numbered lists.
Apply other classic text formatting options.
Using Variables
You can use variables to make speeches dynamic.
These variables will be automatically replaced with real data when displayed in the Interaction Contacts View.
How to Add Variables
Manually → Type the variable name and add an @
symbol in front of it.
From the List → Select a variable from the right-side list and insert it directly into the speech.
