Contact View

The Contact View in uCRM provides detailed information about each contact and offers different visualization modes depending on your needs.

Default Contact Fields

By default, uCRM includes the following fields for each contact:

Document (Identification Number)
First Name & Last Name
Date of Birth
City, State, Country
Address & Zip Code
Phone Type & Number
Email Type & Address

Additional sections can be created and customized through uCRM Configuration. More details on this are covered later in this documentation.

Contact Views

uCRM offers different views to efficiently interact with contact information.

Full Contact View

The Full Contact View is divided into two main sections:

Contact Information (Left Side)

  • Displays all the contact details, including basic information and custom sections.
  • Custom sections may be hidden based on security profile configurations.

Timeline (Right Side)

  • Shows all interactions associated with the selected contact.

Timeline

The Timeline section contains a history of all interactions linked to the contact.

Interaction Type → Telephony, WhatsApp, SMS, WebChat, Email, Instagram, Messenger
Interaction Direction → Inbound or Outbound
Agent who handled the interaction
Dispositions assigned to the interaction
Duration of the interaction

Small Interaction View

The Small Interaction View is a compact version of the contact information, designed for quick reference during live interactions.

Displayed on the right side of the interaction panel.
Shows only basic contact information.
Timeline and custom sections are not included in this view.
The view dynamically switches between:

  • Contact List → Displays all available contacts.
  • Contact View → Shows details when selecting an existing contact.
  • New Contact View → If a new contact is being created.
