Contact Manager
The Contact Manager is under Tools. It provides a contact table where you can search, generate downloads, open contact details, and change the owner from each row, together with filters and other bulk workflows.

Import Data
The Import Data tool enables you to import contacts into uCRM using Excel or CSV files.
Steps to Import Contacts
Click on the Import Contacts Data icon to open the import assistant.
Select a file to upload. Click on the upload icon in the middle of the pop-up, then click Continue.
Match your file's columns with the corresponding uCRM fields.
- Required fields must be matched before proceeding.
- A warning will appear if required fields are missing.
Review & Confirm → The preview screen will display your data before final upload.
Conflicting contacts will be added as temporary contacts and will need to be merged or manually confirmed in the Conflicts Tool.
Change owner (bulk)
You can also reassign multiple contacts after loading them with a filter:
Apply a filter in the Contact Manager to load the contacts you want to modify.
Click the Change Owner icon (when available in your toolbar).
Select the new owner in the dialog.
Click Save to confirm.
For single-row reassignment, use Actions → Change owner on that contact—see Contact list, export, and row actions.
Filters
The Filters tool allows you to:
Select pre-saved filters.
Create new filters on the fly.
Steps to Apply or Create Filters
Click the Filter icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
A filter pane will open on the right side of the screen.
Use the dropdown list to select a pre-saved filter, or click Add New Filter to create a custom one.
If you choose Add New Filter, a pop-up will appear to help you build the filter criteria.
You can:
- Apply the filter immediately.
- Save it for future use.
When a filter is applied:
- It will appear in the right pane with a description.
- An icon will appear to clear the applied filter.
