Managing Wallboards
In this guide, we'll teach you how to create a wallboard, add Panels to visualize information, and customize it!
How to create a Wallboard?
Below we show you how you can create Wallboards in a very simple way.
- To create a Wallboard, you must access Statistics > Wallboards.
Once here, you must click the
Newbutton, located in the top-right corner, or use the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+C.A modal will open, where you must assign a unique name to the Wallboard, for example
Agent Performance. Optionally, you can add a description.
- Once created, you'll have an empty canvas ready to start adding panels.
How to add a panel?
- To add a new Panel, you must click on the one you want from the right menu and it will be added.
- Now that you have a Panel added, you must decide what type of source you're going to use. That is, whether the information to be displayed in the Panel is about Users, Campaigns, Outbound Hubs, or a database query.
- Now that you have your Panel with a selected source, you must select the metrics you want to display within the Panel.
You can review all metrics in the following guide.
How to customize the Panel?
You can customize the appearance of each Panel. Below we show you how to do it!
Select the Panel you want to customize and click the "Configuration" button.
Once here, you must go to the
Appearancetab.
From here you can customize:

How to import a Wallboard?
You can also create a Wallboard from a previously exported .json file (your own or from another environment).
- Go to the Wallboards list, under Statistics > Wallboards.
- Click the button with the download icon, located in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select the
.jsonfile you want to import from your computer. - The creation form will open with the file's data already loaded (the name will have the

TIP
If the selected file doesn't have a valid format, you'll see a "Not a valid wallboard" notice and no Wallboard will be created.
Full screen mode
Click the full screen icon (top right of the Wallboard) to enter TV/kiosk mode, ideal for displaying on a screen on the operations floor. In this mode the editing tools are hidden and a button appears to download an image of the board's current state. To exit, click the same icon again.
Common errors
When working with a Wallboard, you may encounter some errors that prevent you from seeing the information you expect. The most common errors and how to solve them are explained below:
Error: "No metrics selected"
This error occurs when no metric has been selected for the panel. To solve it, select at least one metric by following the steps in the How to add a panel? section.
Error: "No resources selected"
This error occurs when no resource (campaigns, agents, outbound hubs, etc.) has been selected for the panel. It has two possible causes:
- There are no resources selected in the Wallboard's global filters.
- There are no resources selected in the panel's local filters.
To solve it, you have three alternatives:
- Select at least one resource in the global filters. See Wallboard Filters to learn how to do it.
- Select at least one resource in the panel's local filters (in its Configuration > Filters).
- Sync the panel's local filters with the global filters, using the
Sync with global filtersbutton (see Wallboard Filters).
Error: "No resources available"
This error occurs when no resource has been created on the platform yet (no campaign, agent, outbound hub, or other resource), so there is no data to display in the panel.
