Wallboard Filters

In this section, you'll learn how personal, community, global, and local filters work to show only the information you need in your Wallboards, optimizing how you view and share key metrics.

What types of filters exist?

When working with Wallboards, you have 2 scopes and 2 filter levels.

Filter scope

  • Personal: affect only you.
Your filters don't impact what other users see.
  • Community: affect all users who view that Wallboard.
Useful for sharing the same view and comparing data as a team.

Filter levels

  • Global: apply to all panels in the Wallboard.
  • Local: apply only to a specific panel.

Before you start filtering, keep this in mind.

Filters are separated into 2 sections: Time and Filters.

  • Time: The Time section defines what period you want to see data from (for example, today, this week, this month).
    • Important: You can only configure it within global filters.
  • Filters: The Filters section allows you to choose what data you want to see (for example, which campaigns, agents, or specific resources).

How to filter?

  1. Once you're inside the Wallboard, you must click the button located in the bottom-right corner.
  1. A section will open from where you can apply the necessary filters.

Filter structure

From the top, you can switch between Personal and Community filters, both to view them and to make modifications.

Personal global filters

  • Interval: The Interval defines how you want to group data within the time period you selected. You can choose from different interval options: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, by day, by week, by month, by bimester, by trimester, by semester, or by year.
Important

You won't always see all these options, as the system only shows intervals that make sense based on the time period you chose. For example, if you select 'Last day' as the time range, you can only group by intervals of 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, or 1 day.

  • Period: Defines what time period you want to obtain data from. Options include predefined ranges such as: Last 6 hours, Last 12 hours, Last day, Last 2 days, Last 3 days, Last week, Last 2 weeks, Last month, Last 2 months, Last 3 months, Last 4 months, Last 6 months, Last year, or Custom.

    How does it work?

    • If you choose a predefined option, the system takes the most recent exact period. For example, "Last quarter" means from the first day of the current quarter until today. Example: if today is 04/24/2023 and you choose Last quarter, the range will be from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023.
    • If you choose Custom, you can define the exact start and end date according to what you need.
      • Start date: Select from what date you want to start viewing data.
      • End date: Select until what date you want to view data.
  • Channels: Allows you to decide which channels you want to include in the data that's displayed.

  • Campaigns: Allows you to select which campaigns you want to see data from. // add deleted campaigns

  • Group by campaigns:

  • Users: Select which users you want to include in the data visualization.

  • Outbound Hub: Select which Outbound Hubs you want to include in the data visualization.

Personal individual filters

These filters affect only the user viewing the Wallboard.

Basically, within each panel's configuration, you can select specific filters, which can include users, campaigns, outbound hubs, channels, etc.

Keep in mind!

Not all panels can have the same filters applied. Within each one, you'll be able to view the available filters.

How to apply these filters?

  1. Within the Wallboard, click on the configuration icon of a panel.
  1. A pop-up will open where you'll see the filters you can apply to the Panel.

For this example panel, you can filter by channels and campaigns.

Additionally, within this configuration section, there are two extra settings.
