Contact list, export, and row actions

Use the Contact Manager tab under Tools to work with a table of contacts: search the list, download exports, open a contact’s details, and change the owner from each row.

Access

  1. Open Tools in the CRM sidebar.
  2. Select the Contact Manager tab (alongside Speeches, Company Manager, Filters, and others).

Contact table

The main area shows a data table with columns such as:

  • Name and Last name
  • Document
  • Owner — user assigned to the contact
  • Phones and Emails
  • Actions — menu with options for that row

Above the table you will see how many records are loaded and the total found (for example, a line like Showing (20) records — Contacts found: 5953).

Search and refresh

  • Use the Search field to filter the list.
  • Use the refresh control next to the search bar to reload the data.

Download the contact list

  1. Click the download icon in the top-right area of the Contact Manager (tray with a downward arrow).
  2. The Available lists dialog opens with one or more Excel files (.xlsx), named with a date and time.
  3. Click a file name to download it.
  4. Each link shows an expiration date and time; after that moment the file may no longer be available—download it before it expires.
  5. Click Close when you are done.

Row actions: view details and change owner

For each contact, open the Actions menu (three vertical dots) in the last column.

  • View details — opens the contact so you can see full information.
  • Change owner — reassigns the contact to another user; follow the steps in the dialog and confirm.

You can also see the current owner in the Owner column before making a change.

Columns and filters

  • Use the layout / columns control (next to the download area) when you need to adjust which columns are visible.
  • Use the filter control (funnel icon, for example at the bottom-right) to open the filter panel and narrow the list—see the Filters section for how criteria work.
