Calendar

The Calendar in uCRM helps you plan and track events. You can work from the main Calendar section or from a contact’s profile when you need events tied to a specific person.

Overview

With the calendar you can:

  • Switch between day, week, and month views on the main calendar
  • Filter events by type and date range
  • Create generic events from the main calendar so everyone can see them
  • Create contact-linked events from the contact view so they stay associated with that contact

Two ways to use the calendar

Main calendar (sidebar)

Open Calendar in the CRM sidebar for the shared calendar. Use Create event here for events that should be visible to all users.

Calendar on a contact

Open a contact, then use the Calendar tab in the side panel. Create event there adds an event linked to that contact.
