Main calendar view

The main calendar is opened from Calendar in the CRM sidebar. It is the right place for generic events that everyone should see.

Access

  1. In the left sidebar, select Calendar.
  • Use the arrows next to the month name to move between months (or weeks/days, depending on the active view).
  • Click Today to jump to the current date.

Day, week, and month views

Use the view dropdown in the top area to switch how the calendar is displayed:

  • Day — one day at a time
  • Week — seven days in a row
  • Month — full month grid (default in many setups)

The label shows the active mode (for example Month).

Filters

Use the Filters area to narrow down which events appear:

  • Filters (event types): open the menu and tick the categories you want to include (for example default types such as meeting, busy, birthday, focus time, out of office — the exact list depends on your configuration).
  • Dates: pick a date range with the date control.
  • Search: apply the selected filters.
  • Clear: reset filters and start over.

After you set filters, Search refreshes the calendar so only matching events are shown.

Creating a generic event

  1. Click Create event (or + Create event).
  2. Complete the event form and click Save.

Events created from this view are generic: they appear on the shared calendar for all users.
