⚡️ Improvements

  • New configurations added to total charts in Wallboards: It is now possible to display more than one metric per panel and change their orientation to vertical or horizontal.
  • Improvements in the search within the filters of the User Analytics screen: You can now search by both the user's name and username.
  • User and campaign statuses added to the Inbox: You can now see in real-time if a user is connected, disconnected, or on break, and whether a campaign is active or outside operating hours. Additionally, you can view the campaign schedule directly from the campaign chat.
  • WebChat interaction events added to the Inbox: Now, it displays when the client disconnects, ends the chat, or is typing. It also shows the URL from which the client accessed the WebChat and the waiting time.
  • New column added to the Interactions window called Origin: You can now see the number from which calls, WhatsApp, or SMS interactions were initiated or received.
  • New telephony flow added to support calls that arrive with a plus sign at the beginning.
  • New event added to the Interactions window called Return to Queue: This event will appear when an interaction returns to the channel queue after the session with that interaction is closed.
  • Audio modals improved to make them easier to use.
  • Security improvements added for connecting Instagram and Messenger accounts.
  • Improvements made to transferring interactions: Options to transfer to a user or a campaign are now displayed separately.
  • Enhancements made to the definitions of Telephony strategies and text channels.
  • Visual improvements made to the Tasks tab.
  • The provider name for Instagram and Messenger connectors is now Meta.
  • Empty states added for when there is no information to display on the general Dashboard.

  • Fixed the display of the Holiday message when initiating WebChat interactions.
  • Campaigns now update in real-time in the Inbox when created or deleted: Additionally, when a campaign is deleted, its interactions are also removed from the Inbox.
  • Fixed an issue where reloading the page caused assigned interactions to return to the channel queue.
  • Fixed the saving of selected channels when creating global dispositions.
  • Fixed the creation of Holidays with more than 10 selected campaigns.
  • Fixed the creation of contacts from campaigns.
  • Fixed the default avatar display for users without a custom avatar.
  • Fixed the functionality of favorite contacts in the Inbox: Now, the status of a contact being marked as favorite updates correctly.

  • Messages sent by a Bot are now identified with a Bot icon in the Inbox and Interactions window.
  • Fixed search criteria in the Inbox: Users can now search by campaign name, client name, and client ID.
