Unique Name: Each connector is assigned a unique name. Channel: Specifies the communication channel associated with the connector (e.g., email, WhatsApp, etc.). Provider: Indicates the provider associated with the connector (e.g., the specific email service, WhatsApp service, etc.). Status: Represents the current status of the connector, possibly indicating whether it is active, inactive, or unmonitored.
Connectors can be associated with campaigns, linking a specific channel to a campaign. However webchat does not require a connector.
