List

A list is what the Outbound Hub uses to create interactions. Basically it is the list of clients that will be contacted through a call, an SMS, a WhatsApp or an email, depending on the channel we are using. It is possible to upload multiple lists to the same Outbound Hub.

Priority

Each of the lists can be assigned a priority percentage so that the Outbound Hub consumes some lists more quickly than others. The sum of all lists must add up to 100%.
